Hi, I'm Cari Kasson.

I started CS Kasson Bookkeeping because small business owners deserve to know where they stand — without waiting until tax season to find out.

I spent four years handling accounts payable for the Department of Defense — an environment where every transaction is documented, every entry has to survive an audit, and close enough is not a standard. That habit is what I bring to your books.

Before that, fifteen years in customer service taught me something that matters just as much as the numbers: people want to understand their own finances without being made to feel foolish for asking. You won't get a report from me you can't read, or a question answered in jargon.

I work exclusively in QuickBooks Online, which means your books live somewhere you can see them, your accountant can access them, and nothing depends on a file sitting on one person's computer.

    Thirty minutes, no charge. You tell me about the business and where the books stand. I'll tell you honestly whether I'm the right fit.

    A flat monthly rate based on your transaction volume and account count. You'll know the number before anything starts, and it won't move without a conversation.

  3. Monthly rhythm

    Books closed and reports delivered on a set schedule. You always know where you stand, and tax season stops being an event.
